The White Hall Community Building is available for private or community events at reasonable rates. Rental fees for 2026 are $300/day, with a 50% discount for WHRC members.
Rentals give back to the community
A refundable deposit equal to the rental fee is required to ensure the space is properly maintained. All rental conditions must be met regarding cleanliness and damage inspection for the deposit to be returned.
Amenities
The facility features a spacious 20×40 foot assembly hall with 10 tables and seating for up to 70 guests. Additional amenities include a fully renovated kitchen (2017) with refrigerator, double ovens and dishwasher, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and complete climate control.
Convenient parking is provided, but for larger events, we recommend careful marking and traffic flow patters with parking attendants. An example parking plan for 60+ vehicles is provided here.
Internet is available upon request via a 5G hotSpot.
